TaShaun (Shaun) L. Elliott serves as the Family Office Operations Manager for Strickland Legacy Group, where she works closely with the Director of Family Office Operations to support the day-to-day coordination and execution of activities across the family office and its related entities.
Shaun brings nearly two decades of experience supporting executive leadership and managing complex operational and administrative functions. Her background includes executive operations, fiscal management, and process improvement within higher education and organizational leadership environments.
She is known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to build reliable systems and processes that help ensure the family office operates efficiently and effectively. A trusted partner to senior leaders, she has a proven track record of advancing key initiatives and strengthening business practices to support long-term organizational success. Prior to her current role, Shaun built an extensive career at Wake Forest University, where she served in key roles, contributing to enterprise-wide efforts and supporting senior leadership priorities.
Shaun holds a master’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and a bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University.
