Taylor Boles
Taylor Boles serves as the Director of Family Office Operations for Strickland Legacy Group, where she works closely with the Principal, Justin Strickland, to oversee the coordination and execution of the family office’s initiatives across operating businesses, investments, real estate, philanthropy, and external advisors.
Taylor joined Impact Brands in January 2022 as a Senior Accounting Specialist and was later promoted to Controller before assuming her current leadership role. With experience in both public accounting and corporate finance, she brings a strong background in financial operations, systems, and process development.
Taylor plays a central role in aligning priorities across the family office, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring that systems, processes, and advisor relationships operate efficiently as the organization continues to grow. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs.
